Reverse Advent Calendar

During the month leading up to Christmas, the Strawberry Lane School community worked together to gather donations for our local foodbank in Bowburn.

Supporting our young people to understand the true spirit of Christmas in giving and helping those less fortunate than we are was evident in how much was brought in.

The school community managed to donate over 30 large christmas stockings worth of items to the foodbank.

Vicar John Livesley. whose church host the foodbank collection was incredibly impressed with the generosity shown for such as small school to give so much.
